Altair Estate is a small real estate company that develops affordable housing in Moscow Region. We were tasked to rebrand the business and come up with a new identity for the company. After several sessions with the client we proposed a revitalised brand with unique positioning & a flexible identity system not only for the main brand, but all current & future developments.
While the new look of the company is restrained and sophisticated, the individual projects have more character. Circle is the basis of the identity system — everything, from Altair logo to project illustrations, is based around a circle. This helps to keep a consistent look across multiple developments and market them not individualy, but rather as a portfolio of projects of a single company. Ditching photos and renderings of the houses in favour of geometric patterns and illustrations also sets Altair Estate apart from the competition.
